Founded by Matt Citardi, a former bench chemist with 30 years in LIMS and enterprise SaaS delivery, so you get an advisor who has done the work himself (bench chemistry, vendor delivery, audit prep), not a generalist reading your SOPs for the first time.

Matt's career began at the lab bench at American Cyanamid, working with HPLC, R&D robotics, and FDA audit preparation before transitioning into LIMS implementation and enterprise software delivery. That foundation matters: understanding how a laboratory actually operates (its workflows, its compliance pressures, its data integrity requirements) is what separates a good implementation from one that gets adopted and sustained.

Over the next three decades, he led enterprise LIMS engagements across pharma, food & beverage, chemicals, contract laboratories, and manufacturing, working directly with laboratory directors, IT leaders, and C-suite sponsors. At QSI, he sustained a 95%+ gross revenue retention rate across a 24-year tenure while driving consistent account expansion. At Confience, he led the Project Managers and Solution Architect teams, restructured at-risk engagements, and served as the bridge between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Services during a demanding post-acquisition integration.

He has executed full LIMS lifecycles (from RFP strategy and vendor selection through requirements, configuration, validation, training, and post-go-live support) for clients operating under 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ISO 17025, and FSMA. He knows where implementations go wrong, why they stall, and how to get them back on track.
